Information on Order Procedures
This page outlines the procedures related to ordering and delivery of our ID cases.
Includes issuance of quotation, order form, invoice, delivery note, and receipt.
You can choose between bank transfer or credit card payment.
For domestic deliveries, we use Yamato Transport. For international shipping, we use FedEx.

About Document Issuance
Basic policy on issuing official documents.
In line with our SDGs policy, we primarily issue documents such as quotations, order forms, invoices, delivery notes, and receipts in PDF format, from the perspective of eco-friendliness and sustainability. All document exchanges are conducted online via email or other digital means.
For government agencies or companies with specific internal regulations, we are happy to accommodate requests for printed documents and postal delivery.

Documents Required Before Ordering
Quotation
You can either generate a quotation yourself or request one from your assigned representative. For details, please refer to the Quotation page below.
Order Sheet (Purchase Order)
We provide a standardized order form called an “Order Sheet.” Please fill in details such as delivery address and design specifications, and return the form via email attachment. For more information, please see our Order Process page.
Documents Issued After Order Placement
Documents Issued After Order Placement
Invoices are issued according to the payment terms selected by the customer. If you require a printed invoice, it can be included with the product or shipped separately.
Delivery Note
The invoice will be sent as an email attachment when we ship your ID case. If you would like a paper invoice, we can include it with the product. Please feel free to contact us.
Receipt
Receipts are issued upon request. If you require a receipt for your ID case order, please contact your assigned representative.
Payment
Payment Methods
Bank Transfer
For bank transfers, you may choose from six payment timing options based on your internal payment cycle.
Please note that promissory note payments are not accepted.

- 50% deposit at order, remaining 50% after delivery
- Full payment within one week after complete delivery
- End-of-month closing with payment due at the end of the following month
Credit Card Payment
For credit card payments, we accept JCB, American Express, Mastercard, Visa, and Diners Club. If you wish to use a corporate card or similar, we will provide a dedicated payment page. Customers who proceed through the cart function for quotation and order requests can also make payment directly through the system.

International Shipping
For international shipping of ID cases, actual shipping costs will be charged starting from the first delivery address. In addition to shipping fees, you will be responsible for customs-related costs and separate packaging fees. Please note that customs clearance may take additional time, so we recommend placing your order well in advance of your desired delivery date. International shipments are primarily handled by FedEx.
