Basic Policy on Shipping
This policy outlines the terms and conditions regarding the shipping of products sold on the GRANESS ID Case official website and related sites operated by Graness Inc. (hereinafter referred to as “the Company”). For information on domestic and international shipping carriers, please refer to the Shipping Information page.
Product Delivery
- When a customer purchases a product, the Company will deliver the product to the location specified by the customer (hereinafter referred to as the “Delivery Address”).
- The Company may outsource the delivery specified in the previous clause to a shipping company or other third party (hereinafter collectively referred to as the “Shipping Company”).
Shipping Timeline
- The Company will ship the product to the Delivery Address according to the delivery time stated on each product page. Please note that depending on business conditions, work schedules, weather, traffic conditions, or the region of the Delivery Address, shipping may take longer than expected.
- The Company shall not be liable for any damages incurred by the customer due to delivery delays caused by any of the reasons listed below. Furthermore, the Company will not be obligated to provide any compensation, refund, or discount on the product price or shipping fees in such cases.
・Unforeseeable and abnormal traffic disruptions
・Natural disasters such as earthquakes, tsunamis, floods, typhoons, landslides, and others
・Suspension of operations or strikes by shipping companies or public transportation
・Delays related to customs procedures in the case of international shipping
・Damage caused by the shipping company - Notwithstanding the provisions of Section 1, if the customer specifies a particular delivery time (and only if the Company has explicitly accepted delivery by that time), the Company will make every effort to deliver the product to the designated address within the specified time. Please note that depending on weather conditions, traffic, and the region of the delivery address, the delivery time may vary.
Shipping Fees
Shipping within Japan is free for one delivery location. From the second location onward, actual shipping costs and packaging fees will be charged. For international shipping, actual shipping costs and packaging fees will apply starting from the first location.
In Cases Where Delivery Cannot Be Completed
- If the Company is unable to complete delivery for any of the following reasons, it may retrieve the item and charge the customer for the cost of retrieval (including any fees paid to the shipping company), and may, at its own discretion, cancel the contract related to the item.
・The recipient is unavailable, and no redelivery request is made within the shipping company’s holding period
・Incorrect delivery address information prevents successful delivery
・The recipient refuses to accept the delivery - If the Company incurs any damages due to the above circumstances, it reserves the right to claim compensation from the customer, including reasonable attorney fees.
Shipping Delays or Damage by the Shipping Company
- The Company assumes no responsibility for any delays or damage to products caused by the shipping company.
- In the event of disputes or issues between the customer and the shipping company, the customer shall resolve the matter at their own responsibility and expense. The Company bears no obligation to be involved in such disputes.

If shipping has been entrusted to a shipping company, please contact the shipping company directly for any shipping-related inquiries.
Relation to Terms of Use
- This policy forms a part of the Terms of Use. For matters not specified in this policy, the provisions of the Terms of Use shall apply.
- If there is any conflict or inconsistency between this policy and the Terms of Use, the provisions of this policy shall take precedence.
